Hi everyone. My name is Kevin. Today I want to show you how you can use mail merge to create address labels. So, what do I mean by that? Well, imagine that you have a list of addresses. So maybe in Excel or in Outlook, you have a list of maybe 30, 50, 60, maybe even hundreds of addresses and you want to print each one of those addresses onto an address label. Well, one way to do that is you could create a new address label sheet in Microsoft Word, and you could go through, and you could copy and paste each address into one of the labels and then you could print it out. But that sounds really painful and thatamp;#39;s also going to take a long time. Today Iamp;#39;m going to show you how you can use mail merge in Word to greatly simplify that task. And as full disclosure before we jump into this, I work at Microsoft as a full-time employee. All right, well what are we waiting for, Letamp;#39;s jump on the PC. So here I am on my desktop and what weamp;#39;re going to do is weamp;#39

To help avoid this, we recommend you have a 3/8 (0.375) margin on the binding side of all pages, including inside cover pages. Smaller books may need less margin while larger books may need more. For example, if you are designing a perfect bound book, then your margins should look similar to the graphic below.
Padding represents the distance between the side of the control (which can be the margin) and its content. The content depends on the type of the control. Margin is outside the UI element, while Padding is inside it. Next Recommended Reading WPF: Textblock Vs Label.
Select Layout Margins. Select Custom Margins. In Margins, use the Up and Down arrows to enter the values you want. Select OK when done.
Keep Out Of Trouble Rules For bound books 6x 9 or smaller, use 0.5 margins on the top, outside and bottom of books, and a 0.75 inside margin. For 8.5x11 documents (bound or unbound), use 1-inch margins. Adjust margins, font size, and columns to produce 65-70 characters per line (including spaces).
A binding margin is the vertical space without any text, on each page, used for stitching, drilling or whatever method is used to hold the pages together. The binding margin is measured in characters or braille cells on an embosser, or in inches or millimeters on a printer.
XAML Values For instance, Margin=20 will be interpreted to mean a Thickness with all properties set to 20. Margin=20,50 will be interpreted to mean a Thickness with Left and Right set to 20, and Top and Bottom set to 50. The default unit for a Thickness measure is device-independent unit (1/96th inch).
Same Day Printing advises you to use a 12mm margin on the outer edges (bottom, top, and outside edge) of your page. An 18mm margin should be used on the inside/ binding edge of the page.
