today I want to show you how to attach objects to any surface in DaVinci Resolve to begin go down and click on the color tab then click on effects type in surface tracker in the search bar and then click and drag it onto your panel attach the Green Point from your video to the tracker node and then at the end of the tracker to the end click and draw a square outline on the surface that you want to attach your image to now go and click on mesh and increase the number of points to 150 then go over to track and change the quality to better click on the track forwards button and wait for DaVinci to track the entire video this could take a while depending on the length of your clip now drag the object you want to attach onto your panel then connect the bottom green node to the empty node on the tracker then connect the top blue on your image to the bottom blue on the tracker now you can see our object moves with our subject as it tracks across the screen
