Select the cell where you want to insert a picture, click the Insert tab, and then click Picture. Here we can choose Floating Picture or Embed to Cell. Floating Picture allows pictures to float above cells, then we can move and resize the picture at will. Embed to Cell is to pin the picture within a cell.
First, click the Insert tab, and then click the Picture button. Now we can select the needed picture in the Insert Picture popup window. After selecting the picture we want, just click the blue Open button below. Then we have successfully inserted the picture in the document.
