Here are the steps to make labels in Microsoft Word: Open Microsoft Word. Find the Mailings tab on the top menu bar and click it. Click on the Labels button. Next, hit the Options button to customize various aspects of the labels. Now type your label content directly into each label cell.
Turn the binder inside out and upright. Open up your binder and bend back the front and back covers until they are completely in the other direction. Then stand the binder up so that the spine is vertical. Opening up your binder like this creates more space in the plastic covering for you to insert your label.
Add captions Select the object (table, equation, figure, or another object) that you want to add a caption to. On the References tab, in the Captions group, click Insert Caption. In the Label list, select the label that best describes the object, such as a figure or equation.
