Early action Early action dates are non-binding. Non-binding means that students are not obligated to attend if admitted. Fee waivers Application fees will be waived for students attending UCAW during the months of October and November.
EA is a non-binding way to apply to UF. It allows students more time to explore their housing and financial aid options.
You are assured admission to the University of Arizona if you attended a regionally accredited high school and: Rank in the top 25% of your graduating class, OR. Have a 3.0 unweighted GPA through your sixth semester in the core competency requirements.
How do colleges and universities consider weighted and unweighted GPAs in admissions? It really depends on the individual school. Some colleges and universities recalculate GPAs based on their own specific criteria, while others look at both the weighted and unweighted GPAs of student transcripts.
