The purpose of this video is to demonstrate ways that you can integrate REST-API content that is in OpenAPI format into DITA documentation using some of Oxygenamp;#39;s tools and features. In the first part, Iamp;#39;ll demonstrate converting OpenAPI documents to DITA during the publishing stage. So, I have a sample DITA map open, and in the DITA Maps Manager, Iamp;#39;ll right-click the root map, go to Append Child, and select amp;quot;Referenceamp;quot; because I want to add a reference to a sample OpenAPI document that Iamp;#39;ve prepared. In the resulting dialog box, I need to change the file type to amp;quot;DITA Compatible Filesamp;quot;. And now my OpenAPI document appears in the middle pane so Iamp;#39;ll select it. And in the Attributes tab notice that Oxygen detected the selected file as an OpenAPI format and automatically set the conversion format for the reference to openapi-to-dita. Now Iamp;#39;ll go back to the Target tab. Iamp;#3

Header files are used in C++ so that you dont have to write the code for every single thing. It helps to reduce the complexity and number of lines of code. It also gives you the benefit of reusing the functions that are declared in header files to different .
Creating a DITA Topic in Oxygen XML Editor Select File New or click the New button on the toolbar. Step Result: The New Document Wizard is displayed: Go to Framework templates DITA topic and select the type of topic that you want to create. Select a file path where it will be saved. Click Create.
In the context of the C or C++ programming languages, a library is called header-only if the full definitions of all macros, functions and classes comprising the library are visible to the compiler in a header file form.
The requirement to implement templates in header files in C++ is a consequence of how templates are compiled and instantiated. It ensures that the compiler has access to the entire template definition whenever it encounters a usage of that template, preventing ODR violations.
What is the difference between header files and library functions? Header files just contain the function/external variables declarations , while libraries contain the implementation of the functions.
A header-only library is composed only of header files. That means a consumer doesnt link with any library but includes headers, so we need only one binary configuration for a header-only library.
