so sometimes the Excel value is much bigger than the width of the Excel cell so in that case if you want to arrive at the text what you do is right click on that cell and then click on format and there you can find alignment option that mean tab there you can click on wrap text and click on OK so just see how this cell changes so as you can see the text is wrapped so this cell will height width will change to accommodate that text wrapping and this is how we can just format the cells and the wrap the text in that so you can also align the text horizontal vertical alignment you cannot just using these options so if you liked this video hit like button thank you

Open the Excel spreadsheet in Excel for the web and select the cells that you want to lock or unlock. On the Home tab, click on the Format button and then click on Format Cells. In the Format Cells dialog box, go to the Protection tab and check or uncheck the Locked option as needed.
Reduce the font size to fit data in the cell Select the cells. Right-click and select Format Cells. In the Format Cells dialog box, select the checkbox next to Shrink to fit. Data in the cell reduces to fit the column width. When you change the column width or enter more data, the font size adjusts automatically.
However, you can change the default font and font size for all new workbooks that you create. On the Excel menu, click Preferences. Under Authoring, click General. In the Default font and Font size boxes, select a new font and font size. Click OK. Close and restart Excel.

Add a font Download the font files. If the font files are zipped, unzip them by right-clicking the .zip folder and then clicking Extract. Right-click the fonts you want, and click . If youre prompted to allow the program to make changes to your computer, and if you trust the source of the font, click Yes.
