Below are some common questions from our customers that may provide you with the answer you're looking for. If you can't find an answer to your question, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Embed fonts in Word or PowerPoint Click the File tab and then click Options (its near the bottom left corner of the window). In the left column, select the Save tab. At the bottom, under Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation, select the Embed fonts in the file check box. Click OK.
First, select the text box that you want to lock the font size for. Next, click on the Home tab and then click on the Font Size drop-down menu. From here, select the font size that you want to lock in. Finally, click on the Format tab and then click on the Lock Text Box button.
If you dont embed fonts and someone opens the presentation without having the font, PowerPoint will just automatically select a similar font to display the text, so it will look different for them. However, it will not change which font is referenced, so they will be able to edit the file and send it back.
To embed the fonts that are not already embedded, go to File Print. Bring up the docHub PDF settings and properties, then docHub PDF settings. Embed your font. Edit the default settings and navigate to Font, click the Embed all fonts option.
Go to the Details tab. Make sure that the Font embeddability property is either Installable or Editable. Otherwise, you cannot embed it.
The font pairing (header font, body font) is an important design decision in PowerPoint. Click View Slide Master. On the Slide Master tab, click the Fonts drop-down menu. Select the font you want to use for all the slides in the presentation.
In the Save tab go to the Font Embedding option and select Embed fonts in file. You can either select to embed only the characters used in the presentation (which will keep your file size at a minimum) or embed all characters which is better if you are going to need to perform further editing.
Why is the installed font not showing up? Sometimes, PowerPoint doesnt automatically update the font menu when adding a new font. If that is the case, follow these steps: Look for the font in your downloads, Right-click on the font, and select Show more options.
