To ensure the consistent appearance of your documents, having embedded fonts in PDF files is a standard practice that preserves the layout and style, regardless of the device or platform on which its viewed.
Here are the steps to add fonts to Microsoft PowerPoint with ease. Start by going to the Design tab and click on the Fonts dropdown menu. Youll find a variety of pre-installed fonts to choose from. For new fonts, select the Customize Fonts option.
Click the File tab and then click Options (its near the bottom left corner of the window). In the left column, select the Save tab. At the bottom, under Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation, select the Embed fonts in the file check box.
To embed the fonts that are not already embedded, go to File Print. Bring up the docHub PDF settings and properties, then docHub PDF settings. Embed your font.
When you embed the fonts in your publication, common system fonts are not included in the embedded fonts because they are likely to be installed on most other computers. You can choose whether to embed the system fonts.
Click the Microsoft Office Button. Click Word Options. On the Save tab, click to select the Embed fonts in the file check box.
Embed fonts in Word or PowerPoint Click the File tab and then click Options (its near the bottom left corner of the window). In the left column, select the Save tab. At the bottom, under Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation, select the Embed fonts in the file check box. Click OK.
Click File Info Manage Embedded Fonts. In the Fonts dialog box, select the font, and then do one of the following: To embed the font when the font has been set to not be embedded, click Embed.
