How To Make Dotted Letters In Microsoft Word Select the text you want to make dotted. Go to the Home tab and click on the small arrow in the Font section. In the Font dialog box, check the box next to Hidden under the Effects section. Click OK to apply the changes.
Follow these 5 steps for accuracy: Highlight the words you want to add a dot between. Go to the Insert tab and click on the Symbol button. In the dialog box, select the dot symbol. Once youve chosen, click Insert. Check the dot is between each word and make any necessary changes.
Click the File tab and then click Options (its near the bottom left corner of the window). In the left column, select the Save tab. At the bottom, under Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation, select the Embed fonts in the file check box.
To embed the fonts that are not already embedded, go to File Print. Bring up the docHub PDF settings and properties, then docHub PDF settings. Embed your font. Edit the default settings and navigate to Font, click the Embed all fonts option.
Make a line dotted or dashed Select the line you want to change. If you want to change multiple lines, select the first line, and then press and hold Ctrl while you select the other lines. On the Shape Format tab, select Shape Outline. Point to Dashes, and then click the style you want.
Go to the Insert tab and click on the Symbol button. In the dialog box, select the dot symbol. Once youve chosen, click Insert.
Add tab leader characters Go to Format Tabs. Select the tab to add leader characters. Select an Alignment. Select leader character option under Leader you want displayed. Select OK.
Simply select the text you want to transform, click on the Font dropdown menu, and choose Webdings. This will automatically convert your text into dotted letters. Its a quick and easy way to add a unique touch to your documents.
