To embed the fonts that are not already embedded, go to File Print. Bring up the docHub PDF settings and properties, then docHub PDF settings. Embed your font. Edit the default settings and navigate to Font, click the Embed all fonts option.
Summary. Microsoft Word allows you to embed a TrueType font in a Word document so that you can view and edit the font, if licensing rights allow.
Embed fonts in Word or PowerPoint Click the File tab and then click Options (its near the bottom left corner of the window). In the left column, select the Save tab. At the bottom, under Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation, select the Embed fonts in the file check box. Click OK.
Word can only embed fonts on your system that have been installed in the TTF format. If your font files are in the OTF format, you cant embed them in Word documents.
To use your favorite font in Word all the time, set it as the default. Go to Format Font Font. You can also press and hold. + D to open the Font dialog box. Select the font and size you want to use. Select Default, and then select Yes. Select OK.
Font Embedding feature is available in Word for Mac, but this feature is only available to Office 365 Subscribers and Office 2019 for Mac, where the version should be greater than 16.17. To check it: Open the Word application Click on the Word in Menu bar Preferences Save.
To embed a font, click the File menu while working on a document in the Windows versions of Word, PowerPoint, or Publisher. Click the Options link at the bottom of the menu that appears. Click Save in the left pane. Under Preserve fidelity when sharing this document, check the Embed fonts in the file option.
This behavior occurs because the Fonts option has not been enabled by default.
