Five Microsoft Word tips and tricks. Number one, press control, shift, Windows, and alt. On the left-hand side, click on the Word logo and you can now use Word entirely for free. Number two, paste an image with text into Microsoft Word. Then go up to the file menu, then export, and save as a PDF. Then go to file, open, and open that PDF. This extracts all of that text from that image. Number three, click on the home tab and all the way over on the right-hand side, click on transcribe. You can upload audio or record audio in Word, and this will give you a transcript of everything that was said. Number four, in Word on the Web, click on review and then click on editor. Over on the right-hand side, you can now insert an AI generated summary into your document. And number five, click on file, then go down to export, and you can now send your document to your Amazon Kindle. You could read your document and you could even write directly on your document.
