Explanation: Binding of calls and variables with actual code at compile-time is called static binding. For example normally whenever we declare a variable we define its type hence compiler knows what type should be binded to that variable i.e. compiler can decide about that variable this is called static binding.
Address Binding: Address binding is the process of mapping of one address space to another address space. CPU generated the logical address space during the execution whereas physical address space refers to a location in the physical memory unit.
Solution By Steps. Choose appropriate metrics like perplexity, BLEU score, or accuracy to measure the language models performance. Collect a set of prompts and corresponding model-generated responses for evaluation. Compute the perplexity of the model on the test data to measure how well it predicts the prompts.
Address binding of instructions and data to memory addresses can happen at three different stages, compile time, load time and execution time.
Address binding is the process of mapping from one address space to another address space. Logical address is an address generated by the CPU during execution, whereas Physical Address refers to the location in the memory unit(the one that is loaded into memory).
Early binding is also known as static binding.
Execution Time or Dynamic Address Binding: The program will keep on changing the locations in the memory till the time of program execution. This type of Address binding will be done by the processor at the time of program execution.
In brief, address binding means mapping computer instructions and data to locations in RAM. High-level programs are loaded into the memory for their execution in the CPU. The CPU transforms programs into processes and generates logical addresses to communicate with the main memory.
Static binding works during compile time and performs better. Static binding can be applied using function overloading or operator overloading. Dynamic binding works during run time is more flexible. Dynamic binding can be accomplished using virtual functions.
Dynamic binding is also known as late binding or runtime binding. It means that the code that executes a method or an operator is determined at runtime, not at compile time. This allows the same method or operator to have different behaviors depending on the type or state of the objects that invoke or interact with it.
