using the insert and bind options if I want to bind an X reference Iamp;#39;m going to go up to my external reference and Iamp;#39;m going to select on my base plan and Iamp;#39;m going to rightclick and Iamp;#39;m going to go to bind when I get to bind I have two different options the first one is is the uh is weamp;#39;ll go with the in insert option first the insert option is just like weamp;#39;re uh inserting a block into the drawing so itamp;#39;s just acting like a normal block youamp;#39;ll actually put a block definition in there uh with the name of this file would be p pb dbas is the name of the block it would Place everything thatamp;#39;s in here as far as the layers Etc so example if thereamp;#39;s a a layer called um you know a a sports layer called pb-based uh pipe symbol Sports itamp;#39;s going to place that uh information on a layer called Sports in my uh host file my master site plan file and uh and this works pretty well for the most part um the only prob
