You can bind the entire database of the xref drawing, including all its xref-dependent named objects (blocks, dimension styles, layers, linetypes, and text styles), by using the XREF Bind option.
Binders are safe to use as long as they fit well. Chest binding can be an important part of someone affirming their gender identity. Doctors generally consider binding to be safe. However, if a person does it incorrectly, it can lead to certain health issues.
People bind in many different ways: Some people wrap their chests with elastic bandages, some wear a sports bra, neoprene or athletic compression wear, or layer several sports bras or shirts. Others wear commercially-available binders specially designed for this purpose (2).
