hey itamp;#39;s Jamie and this video is just a super quick guide to some tips on safe binding so the first thing Iamp;#39;m going to say is if youamp;#39;re thinking about binding I would always recommend buying an official binder never use things like Ace bandages or duct tape or anything always go down the official route if you really canamp;#39;t um there are some places online where you can find some tips on DIY binding um or you can use it a sports bar and sort of clever layering but if you can always get an official binder so the length of time you wear a binder for is really important um itamp;#39;s highly recommended that you do not exceed 8 hours in any one chunk never double bind only wear one at a time youamp;#39;re still self-conscious about your chest I know itamp;#39;s really tempting to double bind but itamp;#39;s better to layer you know like a t-shirt and then a bagg your shirt over the top can can work wonders sleep in your binder is itamp;#39;s just donamp;

People bind in many different ways: Some people wrap their chests with elastic bandages, some wear a sports bra, neoprene or athletic compression wear, or layer several sports bras or shirts. Others wear commercially-available binders specially designed for this purpose (2).
