hello this is keegan and today i wanted to go over reviewing documents such as papers using pages on the ipad and weamp;#39;re going to specifically use the commenting system and the tracking changes system thatamp;#39;s built into this app all right so if i go over to the ipad my paper is actually in dropbox so first iamp;#39;m going to go there and then this is it my sample paper and iamp;#39;m going to open it into pages by clicking the share button and then the open in two pages and itamp;#39;s going to convert that word document to a pages document temporarily so once that is uploaded weamp;#39;re going to tap on it to open okay so this is just a sample paper that i have a draft from undergraduate time and what youamp;#39;re going to do is in pages the app youamp;#39;re going to tap on the wrench to initiate the tracking of changes so iamp;#39;m going to slide that over to initiate it and you can choose whichever view type you want for this iamp;#39;m going to select mar

Print pop-up comments in place Choose Edit Preferences (Windows) or Acrobat Preferences (Mac OS). Select Commenting. Select Print Notes And Pop-ups and deselect Hide Comment Pop-ups When Comments List is Open. Click OK. Open the pop-up comments that you want to print.
Review comments Click the comment marker (or move the pointer over the highlighted text). Do any of the following: Review a comment or conversation: Scroll through the text. If a comment is truncated, click Show More. If replies are hidden, click View [n] more replies.
You can add comments to text, objects, and table cells. Comments are indicated by a square marker in the left margin of the document or next to the object (text is also highlighted). In table cells, a triangle appears in the corner. If you dont want comments to be visible, you can hide them.
Customize Print Settings Check Show Notes Click Print in the lower right corner. You can see the printing effect in the preview window on the left. With Preview, users can print a PDF with comments on the same page. The only drawback is that this tool is limited to Mac users.
With Pages on a Mac, you can also use the review toolbar or Comments Changes pane to review and edit the comments. Note: Comments arent visible in printed documents unless you select that printing option.
Print comments present in the document Open a document that has comments. If the comments option doesnt show immediately, go to Review Show Markup, and select only Comments from the list. Select File Print. Under Settings, select Print Markup. Select Print. Your document will print with comments.
Select the worksheet that contains the threaded comments and notes that you want to print. On the File menu, click Page Setup. Select the Sheet tab. In the Comments box, click At end of sheet.
Add a link Control-click an object, text box, or selected text you want to turn into a link, choose Add Link, then choose a destination (Webpage, Email, Phone Number, Page, or Bookmark).
