hello Iamp;#39;m Ezra and I got Top surgery 12 days ago and I thought that Iamp;#39;d show you what itamp;#39;s like to put on the posttop binder after having a shower so going to put this arm in and then you donamp;#39;t want to move too much okay now when I first got this done it was on the tightest hook but we donamp;#39;t need to do that anymore because thereamp;#39;s not as much swelling so now I put it on the loosest one and you just kind of grab it together and put it on Sometimes They Come on a hooked on the way down which is very annoying cuz then it just means you have to do it again and it doesnamp;#39;t feel as tight as it did at the beginning because Iamp;#39;m not as swollen as well so thatamp;#39;s the benefiting thing of the swelling going down it means that the binder isnamp;#39;t as painful okay so that should be enough and then you just kind of pull it down and then I leave this undone because you donamp;#39;t need to go all the way down as unnecessary but
