The hills are alive with silent, waiting ticks. Their bites can transmit bacteria that cause Lyme disease, and other things that can make us very sick. Protected by these palps is a menacing mouth covered in hooks. First she has to find a host. She can sense animals like us by the carbon dioxide we give off. She docHubes out with her front legs. Scientists call this questing. It will use that claw to latch onto something like your sleeve. Now you see her, now you dont. Once aboard, she searches out a nice spot to bite into for blood. She lives three years, but in that time she only eats three meals. A tick needs enough blood to grow from larva to nymph, nymph to adult, and then for females to lay their eggs. Gross. Lets check out a nymph, a young tick. Its tiny, smaller than a freckle. To grow into an adult, it needs one blood meal, a big one. The front of its body is all mouth. It digs into us using two sets of hooks. The hooks wriggle into the skin. They pull our flesh out of

The most straightforward way to check whether a checkbox is checked is to use the checked property. This property is a boolean value that indicates whether the checkbox is checked or not. For example, the following code would check whether the checkbox with the ID myCheckbox is checked: var isChecked = document.
That can be achieved in 2 different ways: By asserting the presence of the checked attribute. You can use the Element Contains Attribute assertion type from the Add Assertion action: By using JavaScript. A different approach is to use an Execute JavaScript step.
To select a checkbox, the click operation needs to perform. So, once we locate the element, we need to perform a click to select it. This way, we can select a CheckBox that has the unique id attribute and check the same by using the click operation.
The isSelected() method is a method in Selenium WebDriver that checks if a web element, such as a radio button, checkbox, or dropdown option, is currently selected or not. This method returns a boolean value, True if the element is selected and False if it is not selected.
To select any checkbox we need to use the click() method of WebElement Interface of Selenium. Like XPath, CSSSelector can also be used if Selenium cannot find a checkbox with just the id or name or any other attribute value. To select any checkbox we need to use the click() method of WebElement Interface of Selenium.
isEnabled() in Selenium isEnabled() method is a built-in method provided by Seleniums WebElement interface to determine whether the web element is enabled or disabled on a web page. It returns a boolean value true if the element is enabled or false in either case.
First, we would check if the checkbox is enabled/disabled using the isEnabled() method. Also, we would verify if it is displayed and checked/unchecked using the isDisplayed() and isSelected() methods respectively.
