With the ng-model directive you can bind the value of an input field to a variable created in AngularJS.
The checked binding links a checkable form control i.e., a checkbox ( ) or a radio button ( ) with a property on your view model. When the user checks the associated form control, this updates the value on your view model.
The ng-checked Directive in AngularJS is used to read the checked or unchecked state of the checkbox or radio button to true or false. If the expression inside the ng-checked attribute returns true then the checkbox/radio button will be checked otherwise it will be unchecked.
Approach: The approach is to use the ng-checked directive to check the checkbox in the DOM. In the first example, a single checkbox is checked by the button and In the second example, multiple checkboxes are checked by the button. The ng-model directive is used to bind the checkboxes.
const checkAllBtn = $(#checkAllBtn); const allCheckboxes = $(input[type=checkbox]); checkAllBtn. click(() = { allCheckboxes. prop(checked, (i, val) = ! val); });
AngularJS ng-checked Directive The ng-checked directive sets the checked attribute of a checkbox or a radiobutton. The checkbox, or radiobutton, will be checked if the expression inside the ng-checked attribute returns true. The ng-checked directive is necessary to be able to shift the value between true and false .
By using ng-repeat directive in angularjs we can bind array list values to checkboxes. Following is the example of binding array list data to checkboxes in angularjs applications. If you observe above code we are binding array list values to checkbox using ng-repeat directive in angularjs.
What you need to do is: Define a template for displaying a checkbox. If you do not want to click twice the checkbox (the first to enter edit mode and the second to change its value), you need to define a checkbox but bind a change event that intercepts clicks on it and change the model.
