There are two ways of adding a link to another page: through a URL path and a file path. - [URL path to another document](./installation) - [file path to another document](./installation.mdx) docs/folder/doc1.md. I am referencing a [document](doc2. You can write [links](/otherFolder/doc4.
How to elegantly embed pdf image into markdown ![some discription](/blog/images/something.pdf some discription)
In Markdown, you can create headings by using the # symbol followed by a space and the text of the heading. To link to a header, you need to use the link URL to specify the location of the header. The location of a header is determined by the id attribute of the heading.
You can link to a specific line in the Markdown file the same way you can in code. Append #L with the line number or numbers at the end of the url. For example, github.com///blob//README.md?
In Markdown, a link is created by enclosing the link text in square brackets, [Link text] , and then following it immediately with the URL in parentheses, () . For example: We just updated our [Docs Contribution Guide]()!
1.1Reference using Links Cross-referencing content is accomplished with markdown link syntax ( [text](#target) ) where #target is the target label, like the figure, equation or section header that you are referencing.
You can also create TOC by inserting [TOC] to your markdown file. For example: [TOC] # Heading 1 ## Heading 2 {ignore=true} Heading 2 will be ignored from TOC. However, this way will only display TOC in preview, while leaving editor content unchanged.
