In the Azure portal, from the left menu, select App Services . On your apps navigation menu, select Certificates. In the Managed certificates pane, select Add certificate. Select the custom domain for the free certificate, and then select Validate.
Binding a certificate to a website in IIS means that you are activating the installed digital certificate and associating it with a particular website, port, and/or IP Address.
