you can insert any picture into an email for example you have flower picture which you want to insert into an email click on new email in the body of the email where you want to insert click on mouse to position the cursor now click on insert in the ribbon above and click on pictures you can select the picture from any folder on your computer select the picture and click on insert you can see the picture is inserted by default picture is inserted as in line with text which means the picture moves with the text you can see picture moves as you add or delete text but outlook gives different options to wrap the text around the picture click on options click on mail click on editor options click on Advanced tab scroll down to cut copy and paste section you can see insert paste picture as click on drop down list you can see different options in line with text is default square option wraps the text all sides of a square around the graphic tight this option wraps the text around the graphic

Add a Caption to a Field Display the table you want to work with in Design View. Click the field you want to add a caption to. Click the Caption box and type the caption.
To insert a caption in Word, you need to select your image or chart, and then go to the References tab on the ribbon. Click on Insert Caption, and a dialog box will appear. There, you can choose the label, the position, the number format, and the text of your caption.
Add a hyperlink to existing text If you just want to format existing text into a hyperlink: Select the text that you want to turn into a hyperlink, and right-click it. On the shortcut menu, click Hyperlink. In the Insert Hyperlink dialog, paste the link in the Address box and click OK.
Select the text that you want to turn into a hyperlink. On the Insert tab group on the ribbon, select Link. This will open the Insert Hyperlink dialog box. On the right side of the dialog box, select This Document.
To insert a reference in Word, you need to place your cursor where you want to add the cross-reference, and then go to the References tab on the ribbon. Click on Cross-reference, and a dialog box will appear. There, you can choose the reference type, the reference style, and the item you want to refer to.
Click the cell in the Field Name column for the field whose Caption property you want to set. In the bottom section, under Field Properties, on the General tab, click Caption. Type a new caption for the field. To save your changes, click Save on the Quick Access Toolbar.
Word Click the picture you want to add a caption to. Click References Insert Caption. To use the default label (Figure), type your caption in the Caption box.
