Check your internet connection. Make sure your device is connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or your data plan), then try opening the email again. If youre experiencing slow internet, particularly if its a recent issue, addressing that should resolve the problem of attachments not loading.
If corrupted account data or misconfigured settings are preventing your attachments from showing, reconnecting your account can help fix that. You can remove your email account in Apple Mail with just a few clicks and add it again. Once you do, check whether you can now see the missing attachments.
By default, Apples Mail app for Macs will show any attachments as an inline preview. This means that a large image will quickly fill up the mail window and make it difficult to navigate.
For all messages: From the Message viewer, choose Edit Attachments Always Insert Attachments at End of Message (a checkmark shows its on).
In the Mail app on your Mac, open the message youre writing. Click the Attachment button in the toolbar. Locate a file, select it, then click Choose File.
One of the most common reasons why email attachments are blocked or rejected is that they are too large or have an incompatible format. Many email servers have limits on the size and type of files they can accept, and they might reject anything that exceeds those limits.
Check your Disk Access preferences This might be why you cant upload docs; heres how to check: Go to the main Apple menu System Settings Privacy Security Full Disk Access. Toggle on your browsers. Restart your browser and try again.
