okay so if youamp;#39;ve had this situation where youamp;#39;ve gone to send an attachment and it hasnamp;#39;t worked then you click on settings and when that loads up scroll down to the bottom of the page and where it says attachments choose basic instead of advanced and then save the changes and thatamp;#39;s all you have to do

Add an attachment To attach a file or link, select the task to bring up its details, click Add attachment, and then choose File, Link, or SharePoint. File: Upload a document or file from your local computer. Files you upload are stored in the SharePoint document library associated with your plan.
While using Microsoft Word, follow these steps: Open the Word document you want to attach the PDF to. Click Insert Object Create from file. Browse for the PDF you want. Check Display as Icon and uncheck Link to File. Click OK. The PDF will attach directly to the Word document wherever you have your cursor.

If you cite an attachment in the body, provide a brief notation at the bottom of the letter as well for quick reference. You can also cite the name or type of attachment, or number of pages before the notation. For example, you might note 2 Enc or Yearly Report Enclosed.
