Digital signatures are like handwritten signatures which are unique to every signer. Most Digital signature solution providers have a specific protocol called PKI. It requires the usage of a mathematical algorithm for generating two long numbers, which are called keys. One key is public, and another key is private.
Click on the Tools tab at the top of the page. In the Tools menu, select Clean Up Digital Signature. A pop-up window will appear with options to customize the clean-up process. You can choose to remove all digital signatures in the document or select specific signatures to remove.
When the PDF has opened, locate the page that has the digital signature you wish to remove. After finding the signature, press and hold the Control key while clicking your desired field, and choose Clear Signature from the pop-up menu.
In order to place multiple signatures on a PDF, each signature field must be pre-placed before any signing takes place. While the signatures themselves can be placed with docHub Reader or docHub, only the Standard Professional version of docHub can pre-place these signature fields.
Click on the signature. If the user added their signature within Preview, the signature should appear highlighted. Click the Delete key on the keyboard to remove the signature. If users signed the file outside of Preview, they might need to select Tools Redact to redact the signature from the document.
Remove digital signatures from Word or Excel Open the document or worksheet that contains the visible signature you want to remove. Right-click the signature line, and select Remove Signature. Select Yes.
Change your e-signature in the current Acrobat Open the PDF document or form in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader, and select Fill Sign from the tool panel. Select Fill SIgn. Select Fill SIgn. Select Sign Yourself from the menu bar, and then select the minus (-) sign beside the signature you added previously.
