Duplicate a document If a document is open, click the More button in the toolbar, then choose Go to My Documents to return to the document manager to select the document. Click the More button that appears, then choose Duplicate. A number is appended to the duplicated documents name.

At Destination , you select Save as PDF . When youre ready, you click on the Save button at the bottom of the window.
