okay in this video Im going to go over how you can use a comment Bank such that your comments are generated into Aspen using the students grade pronouns and first name so youll find a comment Bank template in this folder the link for this folder will be in the description you can make a copy of this and um what we have is some instructions here down here is the actual template um and what you can do is you can put your different grades up here as many as you want they have to be in would that be descending order I guess um and you can create as many comments as you want for the different um for the different grade values you put at the top okay and then your course is down the side so you know I have some final midterm different comments of course different courses uh you put as many as you want doesnt matter okay and then inside of each Grade box youre going to copy and paste a comment in there maybe from a Google doc or youre going to type it in or whatever the your students
