Todays session covers how to use docHub to create PDFs that are accessible to people with disabilities, and that involves talking about what it means for a PDF to be accessible, generating accessible PDFs from Microsoft Office and other applications, and using Acrobats Accessibility Checker and Make Accessible Action Wizard to evaluate the accessibility of a PDF and make basic accessibility fixes. When we offer this session in the classroom, it is as a hands-on workshop.

Log in to Acrobat Sign as the owning account and navigate to the Export or Report Type filter (Agreements, Transaction consumption, or Users). Alternatively, you can access the export/report from the Recent Reports section at the bottom of the default Overview dashboard.
Click the Document Portal tab. Go to the document you want the audit proof from, and click the menu button in the Actions column. Click the Request audit trail button.
In Acrobat Pro., select File Save as Other Optimized PDF. In the PDF Optimizer, click Audit Space Usage. Review the list of document contents, and the amount of space used. Click OK to close the dialog.
You can search the audit log based on the type of actions, when they occurred, and who made them. Then, view and download these reports for further analysis. Audit log makes it easy for you to understand events like: Why a user lost access to a product.
For example, conducting an audit trail on an invoice issued by a vendor would be a relatively simple process. An audit trail usually begins with the invoice receipt.
