This tutorial explains how to scan and save documents as PDF files using a scanner connected to a Mac computer. Connect your scanner via USB, place the document on the scanner bed, and open the Image Capture utility app. You can access the utility app through the spotlight feature or Finder by navigating to Applications. Double click on Image Capture to launch the utility.

How to scan multiple pages to one PDF on a Mac. Download the scanner software. Connect your printer and choose the scanning method. Scan your pages. Once you have scanned your pages, youll have two options: Save or Save and continue scanning. Click the Save option and then select Save as PDF to finish.
