Assign a task in Google Docs On your computer, in Google Docs, open a doc. In the document, enter @task and press Enter. In the popup window, enter the task. In the Assignee field, enter the name of the user you want to assign the task to.
Open a file in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides. In the top right corner, click Share. Click Get shareable link in the top right of the Share with others box. To choose whether a person can view, comment, or edit the file, click the Down arrow next to Anyone with the link.

Assigned Documents means, collectively, the Assigned Agreements, the Assigned Part-Out Agreements, the Service Provider Documents included in the Servicing Collateral and the Asset Purchase Agreement and Acquisition Agreements included in the Asset Purchase Collateral.
To assign a task to someone in Sheets, you must set it using a comment. In Google Sheets, you can assign tasks by commenting on the message in the comment box and adding the persons email. You will then be prompted with an option to assign tasks in Google Sheets.
