The School Counselor Summative Performance Report is intended as a tool for administrators and directors to provide school counselors with an assessment of their professional performance. This evaluation tool is designed as a sample for use by school divisions and can be modified to meet local needs. Self-assessments are a simple way to measure your programs effectiveness. At the beginning of each group or individual session ask students to fill out a pre-counseling self-assessment on the topic you will be working on with them.
