all right just a quick uh video on going through the bird dog agreement and filling it out um so in this first plank this is going to be the date that youre signing the contract and then this would be your name or if youre operating on an llc you put your business name here um then you would put the address of your mailing address if youve got a business address or you could just put your city state if you want here and your bird dogs name would go here and then their address or just city state the next blank would be description of services beginning on whatever your agreed upon start date is if its different than your contract signing date you put that there on your payment you can either do a dollar amount or a percentage amount typically bird dogs are you know five percent of the deal sometimes they go as high as 10 percent of the deal or you can do a set uh which you could do a flat fee you know 250 500 whatever it is dont fill both of these out though just one blank and i
