These are stainless steel machined assemblies which utilized our CNC turning Department. All of these components were manufactured here. They were then assembled and packaged as a kit for our customer specifications. Steel weldment assembly was a great fit for us because it allowed us to utilize multiple departments including our fiber laser cutters, a CNC punching machine, our CNC milling machines and our CNC turning equipment. From there we moved on to our welding department and then finally on to assembly. These parts were ordered with a Kanban agreement, went out for final painting and then shipped to our customer as they needed them. Because of all the holes in this steel cage assembly, we were able to utilize our CNC punching machine at 600 strokes a minute. We then sent the parts off for plating, final assembly and shipped to the customer per purchase order. This highly engineered clamping fixture went through our fiber laser cutters, then to assemb
