all right so ive got a ive got a project you know whether its a you know a new build or an extension for um residential or commercial whatever it might be at what stage of the entire project do i start having to look for a quote and when when i do start shopping around for a quote and approaching people what what do i need what do i need to be given or what do i need to have thought about considered etc okay this is one of those things that so many people get wrong because by now youve been to your architect or your draftsman or your technician and youve had your drawings drawn up okay now nine times out of ten youve gone in for planning permission now people get this wrong so often because what they do is they go out to builders now at this stage and usually while youre in while youre going through planning permission now your architect normally will only have issued you with planning drawings so in other words theyre drawing drawings that are just enough to get you through
