Default retry policy With the default settings, Stripe retries up to 4 times over a maximum period of 21 days.
Manage payment notifications and alerts On your Android device, open the Google Pay for Business app. Tap on Settings. Tap on Payment voice notifications. Go to Turn on voice notifications and turn it on or off.
Go to your Stripe account. In the top right hand corner of the screen click on the profile image and select Profile. In the notifications section go to Successful Payments and enable this feature via the checkbox.
Go to Manage invoices sent to customers in your Subscription and emails settings. Turn on Send reminders if a recurring invoice hasnt been paid. Select whether you want Stripe to send the reminder before, when, or after the invoice is due. You can choose from a set of predefined options.

When payments fail, Stripe retries them using the Smart Retries feature. This automatically re-attempts payment when cards are declined ing to your Dashboard settings.
Go to Portal Settings Payment Settings. Scroll down to Stripe Modes and ensure that the settings are set to live by clicking on the Live Mode button.
Stripe will automatically send invoices to customers ing to your subscriptions settings. However, if youd like to manually send an invoice to your customer out of the normal schedule, you can do so.
Press on Retry charge which is located just under the invoice heading. This will ask for the payment immediately and as soon it has gone through the pink Retrying tab will change to a green Paid tab. You can also select different cards that the customer may have registered.
