To set this up, edit your meeting from the calendar and select meeting options to designate presenters. During the meeting, once the presenter shares their screen, they can click the pen icon at the top center to activate the feature. This will display an annotations toolbar for all participants, enabling them to draw, type, react, and highlight content shared during the meeting, fostering interaction and collaboration.
