pdf and you have a mac you can use preview which is built-in pdf viewer on the mac and what you would do is we have here our curate and we would go to tools annotate and then text and what you get is a little text bubble here which we can then put where we want okay so then we can type here its a definition of operations management which is the management of activities now its spreading it out crazy so lets make the box a lot bigger and the management of activities okay management of activities and resources that create goods and services if you dont want it to be that size or that color you can change the text so here i just need to highlight this here i can go to the a i can change it to a different color if i want maybe i want to be blue i can change the size of the text as well you can left a line so you can change that text and so you can edit in a pdf using preview on the mac

To add new text to a PDF while using the Preview app: Select Tools. Select Annotate. Tap the text icon. Place your cursor on the PDF where you want to add new text. Type the text. Use the text icon to change the font, size, and style of the text.
Open the PDF in the Preview app. If it doesnt open in Preview automatically, control-click on the PDF, scroll to Open With, and select Preview. In the menu bar at the top of the screen, select Tools, then Annotate. From here, it depends on what kind of annotations you want to make.
Open a PDF in Acrobat and select the Comment tool. Add PDF annotations to your file. You can add text boxes and sticky notes, underline text, strikethrough content, highlight text, and more. Save your file.
You can use the editing tools in the Markup toolbar to mark up an image file, providing feedback or pointing out something you want to remember. If the image is on a page in a PDF file and you want to comment on only the image, you can extract the image as a separate image file.
