hi this is Chad Griffith Eastern High School this is a quick video to help my students get through the setup process and to remind them of the dos and donts on the research papers the first annotation here on this Google document talks about the name the students name should go before the page numbers that show up in the header or footer of each page my personal preference is that we stick with MLA 7 which says top of the page is the best place here where it says last name there should be the last name of the student the page numbers were placed by going to insert page number top of page anything typed in the header or footer will appear on each page so if we scroll down here we see that last name followed by 2 and then last name followed by 3 etc in the header to the left we have the students name followed by the teachers name followed by the class period and date all of this is standard double-spaced with no extra spacing between the end of the date and the start of what is the
