Intralinks AI Redaction uses advanced artificial intelligence to help protect against unintentional exposure of personally identifiable information (PII) names, addresses, phone numbers and other sensitive data you specify. All done easily and seamlessly within the VDRPro environment.
An auto-redaction is a multi-step process that finds matches of a given regular expression, then permanently removes the text and blacks out the displayed region for each match. The end result is a new PDF document with no traces of the text that matched the regular expression.
Heres how: Open the PDF file with data you must censor. Select the Security tab from the main ribbon. Click Mark Redaction. Select the text you wish to redact, which places a red border around the text. Click Apply Redaction on the Security ribbon to black out the text.
Redaction tools are software that is used to edit content and, thereby, selectively and reliably remove information from documents or websites before sharing the remaining content with someone who is not authorized to see the entire original document.
