okay so iamp;#39;m going to start out with the case to talk about um how iamp;#39;m incorporating some age-adjusted alignment i want to thank nick clark one of our all-star fellows uh who um put these uh this case together um but basically itamp;#39;s a 67-year-old who presented with um 13 uh scoliosis ever since the age of 13 has progressively been worsening she also had some intermittent left side left lower extremity symptoms uh uh with leg pain without any docHub neurologic deficits um sheamp;#39;s um otherwise neurologically intact a relatively benign exam here and here are standing um ap and lateral x-rays uh demonstrating a 72-degree um columbar curve thoracic curve is 65 um slight imbalance to the left um and mild threacolomar kyphosis here left and right bending x-rays and uh hereamp;#39;s the mri which basically demonstrates um the extent of left-sided neuroframing stenosis obviously this uh mri is performed in the supine position so you could imagine how when shea
