When you place a view on a sheet, a View Title is placed as part of the viewport family. The type properties of the viewport define which title family is used, how the extension line looks, and even if the View Title will be visible at all. To customize the information displayed in the View Title, locate the View Title family in the Project Browser. Right-click and click edit. The View Title family opens in the family editor. Well customize the View Title family by adding a label and selecting a view parameter to display in the View Title. A 4mm label is added to report the phase of the view in the View Title. When you are adding a label you can use Shared Parameters. For example you can add an alternate view name to display the view name in a second language, say Spanish. In the edit label dialog select Add New, then select the parameter you want and add it to the label. In this example the View Title parameter and the alternate title parameter are combined to display in a single l
