In this video tutorial, Jewel Tolentino demonstrates how to add a checkbox in docHub by accessing the prepare form section. You can find this option by clicking on the more tools tab. Once in prepare form mode, you can add a checkbox by selecting the box with the check mark icon. Customize the box as needed and name it. After previewing and clicking on it, the checkbox will be created.
