in this lesson were going to look at what happens when you need to resize your table now one of the things that I get asked about a lot is Ive changed from an a4 to an a5 on my tables all over the show or I want to resize my columns and make them wider or narrower how do I do that so lets take a look at those issues so starting off with the layout ribbon here Here I am in my table with my food price list and weve already seen that we can distribute the rows and the columns which is a good place to start if youve got everything all wonky what I want to point you to is the ribbon or the really the ruler rather than the ribbon so my cursor is inside the table and when I look up at the ruler Ive got some little tab stops and what I call my word for them these fuzzy boxes these little fuzzy boxes as I call them actually other columns so if I click and hold down you can see thats the border between those two columns and I can drag on the ruler to get them to go where I want them and
