The best way to convert table to image in Word is by saving it as a Picture. First, select the table and right-click on the table. Copy and paste it into a new document by using the Paste Special: Picture option. Finally, right-click on the pasted image and click on Save As Picture.
To access the image formatting tools, right-click on your image and press Format Picture at the bottom. This will bring up the Format Picture menu on the right-hand side. Click the Picture icon (furthest right) to access the image color editing tools.
You can position a table the same way that you position regular text, using the alignment controls. Select the table by clicking the Move handle ( ) that appears above the top left corner of the table. Select an alignment option in the Paragraph group on the Home tab.
The first is to visit the Options Advanced dialog, go to the Cut, copy, and paste section, and set the Insert/paste pictures as dropdown to In line with text. The second is to click in each table, go to the Table Tools Layout tab, click the AutoFit button, and choose Fixed Column Width.
Right click in the table and choose the Table Properties option. Then select the Wrapping text option you want and click the Position button to get to the options that are available for positioning.
To make the columns in a table automatically fit the contents, click on your table. On the Layout tab, in the Cell Size group, click AutoFit, and then click AutoFit Contents. To use the ruler, select a cell in the table, and then drag the markers on the ruler.
