Change the subject in a reply Next to Type of response , click the Down arrow. Edit subject. Enter a new subject.
To edit the subject line when answering or resending an email in Gmail, follow these steps: Open the email you want to reply to or resend. Click the Reply or Reply all button. In the subject line, click the down arrow next to the current subject line. Select Edit subject. Type a new subject line. Click Send.
Turn on automatic forwarding On your computer, open Gmail using the account you want to forward messages from. In the top right, click Settings. Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab. In the Forwarding section, click Add a forwarding address. Enter the email address you want to forward messages to. Click Next Proceed.
How do I edit the subject in Gmail when forwarding or replying? After hitting reply, reply all, or forward, press down the arrow on the top left of the message and a drop down box will appear. Click Edit Subject. Now you can change the subject of the message.
Tap Forward to forward the email to a new recipient. Enter a new subject line. To do so, tap the current subject line to place the text cursor in the subject line. Then use the on-screen keyboard to delete the current subject line and enter a new one.
