Hey everybody, this is a short video on how to change the style in Word, the Normal.dot style. So let me share my screen. And this is going to be a blank Word document. You notice that by default you have Calibri 11-point font. And if you look on under the paragraph dialog box launcher, youll see that you have multiple line spacing 1.8 instead of single or double youve got 1.08 and you have 8-point spacing after each line as well. So, what you should do. Youll notice its using Normal style here its Normal.dot Normal.dot style. And if you right click on that style, you can go to Modify and you can change the font. So they want Times New Roman 12-point for your paper youre going to do for the project. And then you can also go to Format paragraph and you can tell it I want every line to be double spaced with no spacing after each line. And if youll do that when you start typing the document down the page, itll be double spaced and everything will be formatted correctly.
