The primary cause of yellowing in sheets is body soil buildup which, in human terms, means sweat, dead skin, and sebum, the natural oils that the body produces.
If your sheets are crisp white and you end up with yellow or brown sweat stains on them, OxiClean White Revive Laundry Whitener + Stain Remover is your best bet for removing the stains and reviving whites.
Method one: Add cup of baking soda to the drum of your washing machine. Add white vinegar to the line in your fabric softener dispenser. (Note: its important to keep the vinegar and baking soda separate) Machine wash as usual.
Cover the entire stain with soda water and add table salt to the area. Cover with boiling water and let soak for half an hour, then pop in the wash with ⅓ cup of baking soda and wash on a normal cycle.
