Option 1 Open the document we want to edit in WPS Writer. Select the needed text. Right-click to select Paragraph in the popup drop-down menu. In the popup Paragraph dialog box, select Indents and Spacing and then choose alignment as Left in General. Finally, click OK.
When using WPS Presentation to make slides, we need to set the slide size first. So how can we set the slide size? First, click the Design tab above, and then click the Slide Size button. Here, we can quickly adjust the slide size, such as the commonly used Standard Screen 4:3 or Wide Screen size 16:9.
Locate the Layout tab in the top menu bar of the WPS Office interface. Click on the Breaks option in the Layout tab. A dropdown menu will appear. Select the type of section break you wish to insert.
Step 1: Open the WPS Office and open the document for which you want to set up the margin. Step 2: Get into the Page Layout Tab, and click Margins. Then the menu will appear, showing the default margins set to 1-inch on all sides.
Step 1: Select the text that requires adjustment. Step 2: Right-click on the selected text or use the shortcut key Ctrl+D to open the Font function. Step 3: In the Font Dialog Box that appears, choose Character Spacing. Step 4: Inside the Spacing box, select either Expanded or Condensed based on your preference.
If we cant find any margins we want, we can also customize margins. Custom margins: Click thePage Layouttab then click the Page Margins buttonand selectCustom Marginsin the drop-down menu.
To change the page size in WPS Office, follow these steps: Open the PDF file in WPS Writer. Go to the Page Layout tab on the ribbon. Click on the Page Size dropdown menu and select Custom Page Size. In the Custom Page Size dialog box, enter the desired width and height for the page.
Change margins in your document to change the layout and make sure everything fits. Select Layout Margins. Select the margin measurements you want. Note: If your document contains multiple sections, the new margins apply only to the selected sections.
