Before you start, itamp;#39;s a good idea to make a Time Machine backup in case youamp;#39;d like to retrieve something youamp;#39;ve deleted. If you delete something during this process, you wonamp;#39;t be able to get it back unless you have a backup. Letamp;#39;s walk through how to free up space with recommendations. First, check how much storage you have by going to the Apple menu, selecting About This Mac, and then clicking the Storage tab. Set line and paragraph spacing in Pages on Mac Select one or more paragraphs, or click the text box or shape with the text you want to change. In the Format sidebar, click the Style button near the top. Click the pop-up menu to the right of Spacing, then choose an option.
To do this, hold CTRL when you press enter. That will lead to closer spacing.

Move between spaces On your Mac, do any of the following: On a trackpad, swipe left or right with three or four fingers. On a Magic Mouse, swipe with two fingers. Press the Control key and the Right or Left arrow key.
Use custom line spacing Select one or more paragraphs, or click the text box, shape or table cells with the text you want to change. In the Format sidebar, click the Style button near the top. Click the disclosure arrow next to Spacing (to open it), click the pop-up menu below Spacing, then choose an option:
